Spider-Man fights Bucky and Sam, at the same time.
• At the end of the airport fight, Steve’s team is arrested and imprisoned in The Raft; that prisoner Tony built in the middle of the ocean. Steve and Bucky managed to steal a plane, and fly to Russia, after Tony’s team is distracted by Scott going Giant-Man.
• There are multiple post credit scenes, but only one has been revealed. It shows Bucky and Steve in Wakanda.
• Thor and Bruce are mentioned.
• Clint has a fight with the Vision.
• There is no Fury or Maria Hill in the movie.
• Tony and Pepper are “taking a break” in their relationship, and it’s really messing with Tony.
• Tony shoots of Bucky’s metal arm in the final (semi-final, really) fight.
• Steve throws a truck at Spider-Man, and traps him underneath it.
• Peter has only had his powers for 6 months. It’s extremely hard for him to focus on anything, because he senes so much; that is why he has the mechanical eyes, to focus on one thing at a time.
• Tony makes a joke about how attractive Aunt May is for an “older woman”.
• The aesthetic for Wakanda is exactly like the new Jungle Book movie; except Wakanda has a giant panther statue in the middle of the city.
• Spider-Man fights Giant-Man.
• Clint has some of the most badass scenes in the movie – including a fight where his throw-off is yelling “made you look”.
• He also has an emotional moment with Wanda, where he says he owes her brother a debt.
• Black Panther and Zemo fight toward the end of the movie.
• Vision attempts to cook Sokovian food for Wanda.
• Wanda is shoved into a straightjacket when she is captured.
• Tony tells Peter to aim for Steve’s legs. Peter attempts to wrap webbing around them, but Steve uses that to his advantage and rips Peter from mid-air.
• When Spider-Man is first shown on screen, he has his headphones on, and is listening to rock music. It’s sort of like Wonder Woman’s intro in BVS.
• Bucky is in the helicopter.
• Baron Zemo re-activates the Winter Soldier with a special trigger word; that is why he attacks Steve, Sharon and Sam (+ T’Challa and Natasha).
• Natasha does not switch teams. She is utterly Team Iron Man.
• Peter makes a Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back reference.
• Natasha refuses to communicate with RedWing the way Sam does.
• We get to see Howard and Maria’s assassination at the hands of The Winter Soldier is gruesome detail. There is a scene where Bucky smashes Howard’s face with his metal fist, a few times.
• The Sam + Bucky relationship is golden. It’s hilarious, and heartwarming and every line between them is amazingly well timed and spot-on.
• T’Challa is not on Team Iron Man. He has no buisness in the Civil War apart from trying to get close to Bucky, who he blames for killing T’Chaka. He spends most of the movie trying to kill Bucky, but realises he is become hateful, like Baron Zemo (who he realises is really his father’s killer). He turns toward being ‘good’, and attempts to help Steve and Bucky prove The Winter Soldier’s innocence.
• T’Challa stops Baron Zemo from killing himself.
• Vision shot Rhodey. He was aiming for Falcon, but was distracted by his feelings for Scarlet Witch, and made a dumb choice.
• Rhodey survives… but, he is crippled from the waist down.
• Baron Zemo shows the footage of Maria and Howard’s murder to Steve, Bucky and Tony. It’s what makes Tony loose control and attack Steve and Bucky.
• There are multiple “Winter Soldiers”. The Winter Soldier isn’t a person – it’s a title. Bucky is only one of them. That is who is in the cryo-tank.
• Sharon is the inside woman. Whilst she is Team Steve, she helps him from inside the government.
• In the end of the film, Bucky WANTS to go back into cryo sleep. He says it’ll be: “safer for my friends”, and at the end of the movie, he IS put back in cryo.
• Steve wins the final fight.
• No Avenger dies.
